Do I Need An Account To Make An Order?
We don’t require an account to make a purchase at GIA/irl, but why wouldn’t you want to be a part of our crew?!

- Access to your order history so you can track and check up on your most recent orders.
- Your password ensures that only you can have access to your account information.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Payment is processed once your order has been shipped (excluding pre-orders).
When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to giairl.com.
Simply shop and proceed to checkout as usual. At checkout, you will choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will then be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details. If you are already an Afterpay user, just log in to your Afterpay account. Then complete your order.
Where Do I Apply A Promo Code?
We like to hook you up with promo codes from time to time! Enter the promotion code in the coupon box on the checkout page and hit apply. Once the code has been applied, you will see the dollar amount reduce on the right-hand side above SUBTOTAL.
Because you can’t have your cake and eat it too, promo codes cannot be combined.
GIA/irl does not offer gift cards at this time, but when we do you will be the first to know!
By law, we are required to charge and collect taxes on products that we sell. Taxes are charged based on the tax laws relevant to the location to which the order is being shipped. All appropriate taxes will be added to the order total at checkout. Please note on rare occasions the taxes may change slightly due to different tax rates which apply as a result of the origin and destination of the item(s) being purchased, as well as other factors.
First come, first serve baby! Orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders received before 3 pm Pacific Time Monday to Friday will begin processing that day, orders placed after 3 pm Pacific Time, on Fridays, the weekend, or on observed holidays will begin processing the following business day. Please be patient with us as there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days.
As much as we love you, orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing.

Shipping Address Updates
Shipping addresses cannot be changed from the original shipping address used at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipment tracking information.
