We want you to be completely in love with your GIA/irl pieces. We will accept your return within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with all original tags attached. To start a return, visit our Return Center.
A tip for trying on tops & dresses: Please be careful of makeup and deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
*We DO NOT accept returns outside of the US.* All Items purchased outside of the United States are final sale.
In the rare event an item is marked FINAL SALE, it cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

How do I Make a Return?
We got you, girl! We offer free returns on all U.S. orders placed over $150. We otherwise charge a shipping fee for returns. We offer free returns in the case of exchanges and returns for store credit. Your refund will be issued in the same payment method as the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
How do I make an Exchange?
Please visit our Return + Exchange Center to request a return. We will still gladly honor any previous promotions and/ or free shipments. If you do need an order adjustment please email us at email@example.com and we will update your new order for you.
Do I Have to Pay for Shipping on Returns?
GIA/irl offers free returns on all orders over $150. For all other orders, there is a return shipping fee related to returning your item(s).
Where's My Refund?
Please allow two (2) weeks for us to receive your return package. Once delivered to our fulfillment center, you can expect your return to be processed within 7-10 business days, depending on your banking institution.
Can I Return Two Orders in One Package?
Yes! You may return two orders in one package. In fact, we would prefer it!
We would request you complete two returns on our Returns Center as if you are returning them separately. Only use one label that has been created.
What we would request is for you to include both packing slips in the return with the Return Authorization code. Once we receive your return, we can then ensure we track everything seamlessly.
